Join us for a full weekend of romantasy magic at Lore and Luster, happening Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th! This pass gives you access to both daytime Con days and includes:

  • Entry to Lore and Luster Con First 20 people in get a goody bag!

  • Entry to Author Signings, Panels, and Workshops

  • Photo Ops with Character Actors

  • Entry into Cosplay contest if wanted

  • Access to the Costume Contest Preliminaries & Finals

  • A Commemorative Lore and Luster Lanyard

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Any ages are welcome to join us for the Daytime Convention Programming of Lore and Luster. Those under the age of 16 do not need a ticket. Those over the age of 16, will need either a single day or weekend pass.

    Please note some authors works may have adult motifs or elements. The romantasy ball is for those 18+

  • The Convention will take place on April 18-19,2026 at The Tacoma Armory at 10010 S Yakima Way Tacoma WA.

    April 18, the convention is open from 10AM - 5PM

    April 19, the convention is open from 10AM - 4PM

  • You can view the full event schedule on it’s designated webpage. We will also have photo opportunities, a cosplay contest, and character actors on site.

  • No, tickets are sold separately and are non-transferable. Refunds are accepted up to 14 days before the event (April 4, 2026) for both the convention and the ball itself

  • Allowed Bags

    Attendees are welcome to bring:

    • Backpacks

    • Tote bags

    • Purses and handbags

    Carts are allowed as long as they do not exceed a 24” length or width. Please pack thoughtfully—aisle space will be shared and we want to keep pathways clear and accessible for all guests. Lore & Luster staff reserves the right to deny entry or require removal of any item at their discretion for safety or operational reasons.

  • The Tacoma Armory does not have a dedicated attendee parking lot for large events. Parking is available in the surrounding downtown area.

    Where should I park?
    There are several nearby options within a short walking distance:

    • Paid public lots located along S. 11th Street and surrounding blocks

    • Nearby surface lots and garages within ~0.1–0.5 miles of the venue

    • Public parking lots (Blue & Green lots) operated by LAZ Parking with kiosks and mobile pay options

    Availability and pricing may vary depending on time of day and demand.

  • You may line up as early as 9AM. Volunteers will begin scanning tickets for entry at 9:30-10AM.

  • Tickets are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event (April 4, 2026). After this date, all ticket sales are final. We’re unable to make exceptions for Ball tickets due to pre-committed, per-person event costs such as catering and beverages. View the full policy here.
