Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all Lore & Luster event ticket purchases and Shelf Indulgence retail orders. Completing a purchase confirms your agreement to the terms below.

1. Event Ticket Sales – General Terms

All ticket sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise. Tickets are revocable licenses and may carry additional terms from the event organizer.

Lore & Luster may refuse, cancel, or revoke tickets at its sole discretion for policy violations, legal issues, or safety concerns.

2. Convention Passes (Weekend & Single-Day)

All convention passes are refunadble up until 14 days prior to the event. After this date (April 4, 2026) refunds will be permitted at the sole discreation of the organizer

3. Romantasy Ball Tickets

  • Full refund available only if requested at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the event.
  • Requests after the deadline will not be granted.
  • Ball tickets are non-transferable. Entry may require age verification and valid identification.
  • Lore & Luster may deny entry if eligibility requirements are unmet.

4. VIP Tickets, Bundles, & Packages

  • Packages including ball admission follow the Romantasy Ball refund policy.
  • The most restrictive policy within a bundle governs the entire purchase.
  • No partial refunds for unused components.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Late refund requests may be considered at Lore & Luster’s sole discretion in verifiable, extenuating circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed and supporting documentation may be required.

6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If Lore & Luster cancels the event, the purchase price will be fully refunded.
  • If rescheduled, tickets automatically transfer to the new date. A limited refund window may be offered for those who cannot attend.
  • Lore & Luster is not responsible for additional costs (travel, lodging, personal expenses).

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Contact Lore & Luster directly before initiating a chargeback.

Failure to do so may result in:

  • Immediate ticket cancellation without refund
  • Revocation of event access
  • Ineligibility for future events

Lore & Luster reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this Policy.

8. Retail Sales – Shelf Indulgence

Preorders

  • All preorder items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Orders with preorder items ship once all items are available unless otherwise agreed. Split shipments may incur additional shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Accepted within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Submit claims within five (5) days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Lore & Luster determines the resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lore & Luster and Shelf Indulgence are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from purchases, event attendance, or inability to attend.

10. Policy Modifications

Lore & Luster may update or modify this Policy at any time without notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
