Thank you for shopping at Shelf Indulgence! We're excited to get your bookish treasures to you.

Processing Time:

Because each item is uniquely crafted, processing times vary:

  • Series Rebinds (multiple books): 4-6 weeks
  • Stickers: 2-4 business days
  • Singular Rebinds (single book): 1-2 weeks

Please note: Our processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • Once your order is ready, we offer various shipping methods to meet your needs, including:
    • USPS First Class, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, USPS Overnight and UPS
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. You can view the estimated shipping cost for your order at checkout.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • We offer free domestic shipping on orders $30 and over.

International Shipping:

  • Import fees or taxes are at the sole responability of the purchaser

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • While we take great care in packaging your orders, occasionally packages may get lost or damaged in transit.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at contact@shelfindulgence.store so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
