Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on event tickets up to 14 days prior to the event start date. After this window has passed, all ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us at help@loreandluster.online with your order number and purchase details.
Non-Refundable Period
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the event will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of plans
- Travel issues
- Scheduling conflicts
We strongly recommend ensuring your availability prior to purchase.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest.
To initiate a transfer, please contact us at help@loreandluster.online with:
- Original purchaser name
- Order number
- New attendee’s full name and email
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Lore and Luster is postponed or canceled:
- Ticket holders will be notified immediately
- Options may include transfer to a new date or a full refund
Add-Ons & Specialty Experiences
Certain add-ons (including but not limited to VIP upgrades, workshops, or ball tickets) may be non-refundable once purchased, unless the event itself is canceled.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our team may result in:
- Ticket cancellation
- Ineligibility for future events
