Ticket Sale Purchase Terms and Conditions

Ticket Sale Purchase Terms and Conditions

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Promotions, including BOGO offers, cannot be applied to previous purchases, and existing tickets may not be refunded or repurchased to receive a promotional price. Complimentary BOGO tickets have no cash value and may not be resold. ADA Companion Passes are not standalone admission tickets and must accompany an attendee with a valid paid ticket. Tickets are subject to Lore & Luster’s full Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions.

Updated April 15, 2026

By purchasing, receiving, transferring, or using a ticket to Lore & Luster 2027, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by Lore & Luster or where otherwise required by applicable law. Schedule changes, author or vendor cancellations, travel disruptions, illness, inability to attend, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify a ticket for a refund.

Promotions & BOGO Tickets

Promotional offers, including Buy One, Get One Free (“BOGO”) promotions, apply only to eligible tickets purchased during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

Previously purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or repurchased in order to receive a promotional price or BOGO offer. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with previous purchases, other discounts, credits, or offers unless explicitly stated.

For BOGO promotions, the complimentary ticket has no cash value and may not be refunded, exchanged for cash or store credit, or applied toward another ticket type.

BOGO tickets may not be resold. Complimentary tickets are intended to allow the purchaser to bring an additional attendee. Any BOGO ticket found to have been advertised or offered for resale may be canceled without refund.

Lore & Luster reserves the right to cancel transactions or tickets where there is evidence of promotion abuse, duplicate transactions intended to circumvent promotional restrictions, unauthorized resale, fraud, or other misuse.

Ticket Resale & Transfers

Tickets may not be resold for more than their original purchase price. Complimentary promotional/BOGO tickets may not be resold at any price.

Lore & Luster is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties and cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased outside our official ticketing platform.

Where ticket transfers are permitted, the recipient becomes subject to these Terms & Conditions upon accepting or using the ticket.

ADA Companion Passes

ADA companion passes are provided specifically to help ensure attendees with disabilities can access Lore & Luster with the support they need.

An ADA Companion Pass is not a standalone admission ticket and must be used alongside a valid paid admission ticket held by the attendee requiring the companion.

The attendee using the ADA Companion Pass and the attendee they are accompanying must enter and attend together.

ADA Companion Passes may not be reserved or obtained for additional members of a party who are not acting as companions, and they may not be resold, transferred for monetary value, or used to circumvent purchasing admission.

Lore & Luster reserves the right to cancel ADA Companion Pass orders that appear to be fraudulent, excessive, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the program. We will never require an attendee to disclose a diagnosis or provide unnecessary medical documentation in order to establish eligibility.

Ticket Types & Upgrades

Admission is limited to the benefits associated with the ticket type purchased.

A Weekend Pass does not include VIP benefits or Ball admission unless specifically stated. A Day Pass provides admission only for the date identified on the ticket. A Ball ticket provides admission to the Ball and does not, by itself, provide admission to convention programming.

Sold-out ticket tiers cannot be recreated, substituted, or obtained by combining other ticket types.

Upgrades are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Once a ticket tier is sold out, Lore & Luster is under no obligation to make additional inventory available.

Author Signings, Panels & Programming

Admission to Lore & Luster does not guarantee access to any particular author, signing, panel, vendor, activity, or program.

Authors, vendors, programming, schedules, room assignments, and event details are subject to change without notice. Signing lines may be capped or closed when necessary for safety, scheduling, or capacity.

Any separately ticketed or reservation-required programming remains subject to its individual capacity and admission requirements.

Event Conduct & Admission

Lore & Luster reserves the right to refuse admission or remove an attendee whose conduct threatens the safety, comfort, accessibility, or experience of attendees, authors, vendors, staff, or venue personnel.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, intentional disruption, fraudulent ticket use, or abuse of accessibility accommodations will not be tolerated.

Removal for violation of event policies does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

Lost, Stolen or Fraudulent Tickets

Ticket holders are responsible for protecting their ticket information and QR codes. Lore & Luster is not responsible for tickets shared, duplicated, resold, or obtained through unauthorized channels.

If multiple individuals attempt to use the same ticket, the ticket record in Lore & Luster's official ticketing system will control admission.

Event Changes & Force Majeure

Lore & Luster may modify event hours, schedules, programming, participating authors, vendors, activities, or other event elements when reasonably necessary.

If circumstances outside Lore & Luster's reasonable control—including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public safety emergencies, venue closures, labor disruptions, or similar events—prevent the event from proceeding as planned, Lore & Luster reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel the event subject to applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

Purchase or use of a Lore & Luster ticket constitutes acceptance of these Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions and all other published event policies.

Lore & Luster reserves the right to enforce these terms in order to protect the event, its attendees, and the integrity of its ticketing and accessibility programs.

Lore & Luster reserves the right to update these terms when reasonably necessary.
